Lee is responsible for the Foundation’s programs, day-to-day operations, and strategic fundraising. She works closely with the Board of Trustees to establish goals and objectives ensuring that program directions and fundraising efforts support the mission and philosophy of the Foundation.
Lee has degrees in communication and computer science, from State University of New York, as well as graduating summa cum laude from the Art Institute of Atlanta with a degree in Culinary and a concentration in Baking and Pastry.
Sandra Clavijo

Sandra manages the day-to-day communications with teachers. Her primary focus is to coordinate the free ProStart answer sheets program and increase awareness through social networking.
Sandra is a successful ProStart alumni. She has also graduated magna cum laude from The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Atlanta, worked at Buckhead Lifegroup Restaurant, Bistro Niko, for a year and currently is a teacher at Young Chefs Academy. In addition to her role at HEFG, Sandra is a full-time student at Georgia State University, studying marketing.
